The 6th amendment of the united states is one of the primary things that are in the bill of rights. This makes a citizen have a right to have a trial, no matter what circumstances. this allows the citizen to have an attorney and a fair trial. This is considered the base of the united states. this allows the citizen to be innocent unless proven guilty by a trail and jury. This allows the person to be informed of the pending charges, right to counsel, pick a favorable witness, and see the witnesses who offer evidence against them.
