Which revision would make this paragraph suitable for a presentation?
inserting stronger verbs and a more active voicemaking sentences longer and more meaningfulincluding personal and second-person pronounsrevising the text with more formal language
I think that the revision that would make the paragraph more suitable for a presentation is inserting stronger verbs and a more active voice.
When doing a presentation, it's better to avoid the passive voice (as in "It is loved", "it is played) because its use seems like an evasion of responsibility. It is impersonal, so the audience may think that you are not commited to what you are saying. What is more, choosing stronger verbs can make your statements more clear.

In at least one hundred words, describe how Williams’s view and descriptions of Native Americans differed from the views held by his contemporaries and how his personal beliefs affected his views.
Answer:
Jonathan Williams' view and descriptions of Native Americans differed greatly from the views held by his contemporaries in that he was a strong advocate for the tolerance of other religions that were unlike their own Puritan beliefs. Along with his belief that it was morally wrong to take land away from the Native Americans, Jonathan Williams was strongly disliked within his own colony, and because of his personal beliefs, he was then banished from the colony. These beliefs, however, held strong even many years after Williams was banished and formed his own colony on Rhode Island, promoting religious freedom for all believers. This idea that he had, wherein the church and state should be separated, was eventually incorporated into the very Constitution later on.

The stranger came early in February, one wintry day, through a biting wind and a driving snow, the last snowfall of the year, over the down, walking from Bramblehurst railway station, and carrying a little black portmanteau in his thickly gloved hand. He was wrapped up from head to foot, and the brim of his soft felt hat hid every inch of his face but the shiny tip of his nose; the snow had piled itself against his shoulders and chest, and added a white crest to the burden he carried. He staggered into the "Coach and Horses" more dead than alive, and flung his portmanteau down. "A fire," he cried, "in the name of human charity! A room and a fire!" He stamped and shook the snow from off himself in the bar, and followed Mrs. Hall into her guest parlour to strike his bargain. And with that much introduction, that and a couple of sovereigns flung upon the table, he took up his quarters in the inn.

Why is “In a Queen’s Domain” by Sarah Morgan Bryan Piatt a realist poem?
Sarah Morgan Bryan Piatt’s poem “In a Queen’s Domain” is a realist poem because, unlike romantic poems, it does not paint an ideal image of nature and society. Piatt shows the beauty and kindness of nature by personifying flowers:
Ah! my subject, the rose, I know,
Will give me her breath and her blush;
And my subject, the lily, spreads snow,
If I pass, for my foot to crush.
She further describes the gentle and affable nature of animals:
My subjects, the lamb and the fawn,
They hide their heads in my breast;
And my subject, the dove, coos on,
Though my hand creep close to her nest.
As the poem progresses, Piatt describes the dangerous and unpredictable elements of nature to show its two opposite facets:
... my subject, the tiger, will spring
At me, with a cry and a glare.
... my subject, the snake (ah! the snake!)
Will strike me dead in the sands.
These conflicting elements portray the true condition of society as well. Society, like nature, consists of people who are loving and trusting like the “rose” and the “dove” as well as those who are evil and disloyal, like the “tiger” and the “snake.”
Like the majority of realists, Piatt wrote in opposition to the prevalent themes of the romantic age.
What is the theme of story?
Piatt expresses her views on society and nature throughout the poem, pointing out that neither the world nor nature are always what people desire them to be.
Due to the realism with which Piatt portrays society and environment, she is seen as flawed and human. The romanticization of nature and women does not seem to be something she is interested in pursuing.
Hence, the significance of the In a Queen’s Domain is aforementioned.

Sunday at the Water Park
“Yeah, the job is pretty boring,” Mariah admitted, looking at the wave pool from atop her lifeguard station. “But I get to be outdoors and I can go on all the rides for free when I’m done.” Her questioner—Berry, a classmate she didn’t know well, who happened to be a customer as well as being the annoying editor of the school newspaper—stretched his arm up toward her in some weird kind of salute. Actually he was recording her with the purple-and-black striped phone in his hand. “How are the working conditions?” he inquired in the important tones of an anchorman. “They’re—” She stopped cold. She stood up, staring at the crowd who rose and fell and squealed with each new surge of machine-churned water. Amid the bobbing figures, she had seen one stop moving, and seen its head sink halfway under the water and stay there. She grabbed the rescue tube and dove into the pool. In what felt like an instant, she had swum to the far end, a few feet from the wave machine, and stopped behind the eight-year-old boy who was floating face-down. She thrust the long, red foam rescue tube at him. Then, she stood in the three-foot deep water and scooped him around the waist. As she lifted his head, a waterfall of clear, bubbly water streamed down. She wrapped both his small, soft hands around the flotation tube and towed him to the side of the pool. She hoisted him high and set him on the brightly painted white cement, then boosted herself up after him. The boy—his name turned out to be Peter—hadn’t fully lost consciousness, so he didn’t need CPR. After a couple of slaps on the back, he was coughing wetly and breathing well, though too stunned even to ask what had happened. By now, the waders in the pool understood vaguely what had happened. They looked around helplessly and asked each other bewildered questions. No one had noticed that Peter was drowning, not even the adults three feet away from him. Peter’s teenage brother and his friends had sloshed as quickly as they could to poolside. In five minutes, the EMS ambulance arrived to take Peter to the nearby clinic. “I got it all on video!” Berry exclaimed. “Now give me an interview!” She couldn’t give him much of an interview, because the event had lasted only thirty seconds. She hadn’t consciously decided how to act, and didn’t remember many details. Her reflexes had done it all automatically. Her lifesaving courses had worked! She hardly knew what she was saying during the interview, and assumed she must sound incredibly dumb and out of breath. Later her family and neighbors told her how poised and in-charge she’d appeared. The strange thing was, she didn’t feel as if she’d done anything special. The only thing that felt new was the way she couldn’t keep herself from smiling at everything—at the trees in her backyard, at silly TV shows, at her younger brother, at the table setting at dinner, at everything.

What is the definition of “stereotype
A stereotype is an overgeneralized belief about a group that disregards individual uniqueness and differences. It assigns the same traits to all group members and can be based on prejudices, affecting societal expectations like gender roles within peer groups.
A stereotype is a generalized belief or assumption about the characteristics of a group of people. It often involves assigning identical traits to all members of the group, without considering the individual differences that exist within the group. Stereotypes can be either positive or negative, but even positive stereotypes can lead to unfair expectations and pressure.
For example, gender roles are a form of stereotype where sets of social and behavioral norms are considered appropriate based solely on someone's sex. Additionally, in peer groups, stereotypes can influence the expectations placed on individuals to conform to certain behaviors or roles. It's important to recognize that stereotypes are often based on oversimplified and unfounded prejudices. While some individuals within a group may exhibit certain characteristics that align with a stereotype, it is incorrect and unfair to apply these perceptions universally to everyone from that group. This practice disregards the unique attributes and personal experiences of individuals.
