I get it because I struggle with this myself. First off if it’s a test don’t double check your work because you are typically right the first go around, unless you skip a question. Also once you realize it’s okay to be wrong that helps a lot too. Often times we’re taught from a young age to be afraid of wrong answers for fear of embarrassment or a bad grade. But Science actually shows us that when we get an answer wrong and learn from it our brain physically grows and we’re more likely to remember the correct answer and even be able to explain why it’s correct.
